A new year has approached us and that means it is time for annual occupational physicals again. If this is not your first year seeing us, we would like to welcome you back and we look forward to your visit! If this is your first time being seen by us, it is a pleasure to have you and we cannot wait to make sure that all your needs are taken care of and that you are as healthy as can be. We take pride in all that we do and make sure to offer the best care to every individual that comes through our doors.

Appointments are due on Public Safety employees’ birth month. To make an appointment, the following link can be used:
