Driven by a deep commitment to serving first responders and their families, Dr. Biondi set out to build a healthcare model that truly understood the demands of public safety work. He immersed himself in learning how to create a sustainable, compassionate healthcare practice—studying extensively, returning to graduate school, and balancing his education with raising a family and working full-time.

Today, Reserve Health is a thriving medical group serving more than 10,000 patients each year, many of whom are firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMTs, and other public safety professionals. Our success reflects the experience of a team deeply familiar with first responder health, the strength of our core values, and our belief that when you take care of those who protect our communities, everyone benefits.
